Job Description
- putting together our driving plans as we travel from church to church - scheduling places for us to stop on the plans for food and gas ect. - make vehicle assignments for our team - plan out things for our staff to do over the weekend when we don't have staff (such as visit local attractions in the past we've gone to schlitterbahn, an Astros game ect. - be the contact for the church contact if they have any questions about camp throughout the week - make cabin assignments - make host home assignments - be in contact with the host homes about who all is staying in their home as well as our schedule at camp and any addition information they may need throughout the week - check in / registration on Mondays every week for new campers - making sure every camper is in attendance each morning and if not contacting the parents to make sure the child is safe - other various administrative duties as needed - be available for parents to contact throughout the week with questions or concerns - anything else our site coordinator needs me to do |
RequirementsTo apply for this position you must be in good physical health, submit letters of recommendation, be currently enrolled in college, agree with Pine Cove’s statement of faith, have working knowledge of excel and Microsoft word and have a willingness to serve.
